Very nice experience. Treatment was spot on addressing my needs.

I truly enjoyed it and found it very relaxing. Still a few tips:
- In the intake interview I said I treated myself to this because I was busy arranging my sister's funeral, I needed a break. There was no adequate reaction except for "oh, to unwind". A bit of a missed chance I thought
- Be more specific about some of the steps, especially when you start removing pimples which can be quite sensitive or even painful
- The big mirror opposite the chair is in the wrong spot. It's the first thing you see when you get up, I want to have a choice whether I want to look at myself or not.
- Offer a glass of water after the treatment.
For the rest: perfect.
